 - Financial cleanup and catch-up services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
 - Respond promptly to requests for documentation or clarification
 - Maintain secure access to your QuickBooks account
 - Pay invoices according to the agreed payment terms
 - Notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies in our work
 
4. Payment Terms
All fees for our services will be agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of services until payment is received
 - Late fees as outlined in your agreement
 - Termination of services for continued non-payment
 
5. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your financial information. All client data is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chamynaz LLC provides bookkeeping services with professional care and diligence. However, we are not accountants or CPAs and do not provide tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for:
- Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
 - Tax penalties or interest due to late filings (unless caused by our negligence)
 - Business decisions made based on financial reports we provide
 - Third-party software errors or downtime (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
 
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Chamynaz LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices must be paid in full
 - We will provide you with all relevant financial records and documentation
 - Access to shared systems (e.g., QuickBooks) will be revoked

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
